ESP has been established to provide a new concept in Software as a Service, utilising the Semantic Web concepts. Specifically, by utilising the TIME3 Internet Operating System, a single development can now span most internet enabled devices. We live a fast paced, intense information age, where the consumer wants easy, instant and readily available information. Today, accessing that relevant information is a disparate, complicated, confusing and time consuming process. ESP is
developing a new gaming concept called FREEDOM, which provides a front-end strategy
to demonstrate the opportunities of these new technologies within the TIME3 framework. Firstly FREEDOM demonstrates “self-management” of a subscriber’s information – thus reducing the overhead on
businesses database management and pre/post sales customer service. Next it
demonstrates location-based services – by offering a new marketing and advertising service to encourage game play. Thirdly it introduces the control mechanisms
for managing the Semantic Web – demonstrating a new paradigm in knowledge based searching.
Fourthly it introduces the real-time concepts of this next generation of
technologies – opening up a new range of business and individual applications. Facsimiles changed the
way we delivered documents and emails have continued this trend. The mobile
phone revolution has changed the way we communicate. No more do we utilise
public phone booths and borrow people’s phones. Texting has introduced a
previously un-thought of form of communication – the instant message. Downloads
have changed the video and music industries. The next generation of mobile
phones and associated application of the technologies and opportunities they
will provide is set to disrupt the current philosophies in industries across
